Shipping and delivery


Delivered Packages


Once an order has been shipped and marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Troutvet Custom Baits is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation.


If tracking shows Delivered but the package cannot be located, customers are encouraged to:




  • Check with household members or neighbors



  • Contact the local post office to request GPS delivery confirmation



  • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier



Replacement or refund requests for packages marked Delivered are handled at our discretion.



Incorrect Shipping Address


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.



Carrier Delays


Troutvet Custom Baits is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
