All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations will be accepted once an order has been placed.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the shipping packaging.
Approved issues may be resolved with a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Delivered Packages
Orders marked Delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Troutvet Custom Baits is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Troutvet Custom Baits may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
